Job Description:
- Doing Administration of Part Sales (After Sales)
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts.
- Ensure accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Analyze inventory turnover and minimize obsolete or excess stock.
- Plan and procure direct and indirect materials, tools, and consumables.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Handle procurement documentation, including POs, delivery orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Part Administrator
- good in excel
- capable of communicating in English
