Job Description:

  • Doing Administration of Part Sales (After Sales)
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Analyze inventory turnover and minimize obsolete or excess stock.
  • Plan and procure direct and indirect materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and reliability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle procurement documentation, including POs, delivery orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Part Administrator
  • good in excel
  • capable of communicating in English
