was established in 2024 to further strengthen our presence in Indonesia. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our valve products business in the region.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategy, customer engagement, and business growth for Qublock's valve product portfolio. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership ability, as you will manage client relationships, guide the local sales team, and collaborate closely with our global headquarters to deliver value-driven solutions to key industrial customers.
Key Responsibilites
- Define and execute
sales strategies
to expand Qublock's market share in valve products across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, and other industrial sectors in Indonesia. - Lead and mentor the sales team,
setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve business objectives. - Build and strengthen l
ong-term partnerships
with key accounts, end-users, EPCs, and distributors at decision-making and operational levels. - Understand market
trends, competitor activities, and customer processes to identify opportunities for penetration and differentiation. - Manage
tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiations, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client requirements. - Work closely
with HQ engineering and product specialists to provide customer feedback, support product positioning, and ensure solutions are tailored to local needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
3 years of progressive experience in technical sales
within the valve, automation, or industrial equipment sector - Strong knowledge of valve automation systems
, engineered valve solutions, and the Indonesian industrial market. - Proven record of
achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Energy industries. - Excellent l
eadership, communication, and negotiation
skills. - Self-driven, accountable,
and able to
manage multiple priorities
in a dynamic environment. - Fluency in English
(written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus. - Willingness to
travel extensively
within Indonesia.
