Base pay range

Associate Software Engineer (Business System Analyst) – SALT (Surabaya)

Contract: 6-12 months

Location: Onsite – Surabaya

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
Support the design and improvement of internal systems and applications.
Participate in testing, validation, and system implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimal 2 years of experience as an Associate Software Engineer and managing teams project.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration concepts.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in managing or leading a team of developers is a strong plus.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
