About Goasaya Goasaya is a high-end dining destination combining modern culinary artistry with cultural heritage. Ahead of our November opening, we're seeking a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in executing menu perfection and leading the kitchen with discipline and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and food presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain kitchen order, stock management, and prep readiness.
  • Help finalize recipes, plating, and production during menu development and photoshoot.
  • Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef / Senior CDP in premium or fine dining.
  • Strong knowledge of modern Indonesian / Asian fusion cuisine.
  • Reliable leadership, strong teamwork, and discipline.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in PIK 2 and start immediately.
