- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-up actions.
- Draft and handle professional correspondences, presentations, and documentation.
- Research & Content Development (±40-50%)
- Conduct desk research on topics related to management, leadership, business, and digital transformation.
- Summarize insights into reports, slides, or notes to support training, consulting, or academic activities.
- Assist in preparing learning materials, articles, or teaching content used by the Director.
- Social Media & Personal Branding Support
- Manage the Director’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) including documentation, caption writing, and scheduling posts.
- Coordinate visual and content updates to maintain a professional and consistent online presence.
- Capture documentation during events, trainings, or lectures for content purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Executive Assistant, Research Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong research and analytical skills, especially in business and management topics.
- Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or similar).
- Good understanding of social media content and digital presence.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Curious and eager to learn about management and digital trends.
- Able to multitask and adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic priorities.
- Comfortable working closely with a senior executive and handling confidential matters.
