- Source and evaluate suppliers for parts, consumables, and repairable materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Issue Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, Service Orders, and Component Exchange Orders.
- Manage procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company procedure or any regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics for shipment, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up.
- Handle invoice verification and resolve discrepancies with vendors or accounting.
Support vendor development and Approved Supplier List (ASL) maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or material purchasing (preferably in aviation/manufacturing).
- Knowledge of International Commercial Terms, ERP/SAP systems, and procurement regulations.
- Certifications such as CIPS, CPMS, CPPM, CSCP, PBJ Level 1–2, SAP Certification, Six Sigma or any other related certification are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
