Job Description:
Develop and implement a content calendar specifically for TikTok.
Ensure content themes are consistent with the brand voice, audience interests, and current cultural trends.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content formats and campaign ideas.
Produce original, engaging, and platform-specific content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, carousels, and captions.
Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers, or independently create assets using mobile tools or editing applications.
Remain current with prevailing trends, memes, audio, and content formats that resonate with the target audience.
Consistently publish and schedule posts utilizing designated tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools).
Manage and foster community engagement through comments, direct messages, and interactive responses.
Partner with influencers, creators, or internal talent for cross-promotional activities or featured content.
Monitor key performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.
Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights derived from platform analytics.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize posting schedules, content formats, and hashtags to enhance outcomes.
Support the rollout of campaigns, announcements, and branded partnerships across social media platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience on managing Social Media accounts (especially TikTok account)
Experienced or strong portfolio in creating TikTok content
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, voice, and trends
Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc)
Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, features, and best practices
Creative and eager to explore new trends
Up to date with the latest social media trends
Ability to manage time, work autonomously, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
