Job Description :

Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including recruitments, training, compensation and benefits, and talent management for motivating and developing staff's capacity to achieve the highest performance levels
Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies
Promoting corporate values and drive culture
Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc
Maintain asset, and asset list and ensure the organization permits are in place
Handle HR, GA, and Industrial Relations in Majalengka Plant

Qualifications :

Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company
Experiences working alongside business leaders to understand business objective and able to advise and drive people strategies aligned with business goals
Experience in Food Manufacture will be preferred
Strong people skills and communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management system
Willing to be placed in Majalengka
