Job Description :

  • Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including recruitments, training, compensation and benefits, and talent management for motivating and developing staff's capacity to achieve the highest performance levels
  • Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies
  • Promoting corporate values and drive culture
  • Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc
  • Maintain asset, and asset list and ensure the organization permits are in place
  • Handle HR, GA, and Industrial Relations in Majalengka Plant

Qualifications :

  • Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company
  • Experiences working alongside business leaders to understand business objective and able to advise and drive people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Experience in Food Manufacture will be preferred
  • Strong people skills and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management system
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka
