Job Description :
- Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including recruitments, training, compensation and benefits, and talent management for motivating and developing staff's capacity to achieve the highest performance levels
- Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies
- Promoting corporate values and drive culture
- Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc
- Maintain asset, and asset list and ensure the organization permits are in place
- Handle HR, GA, and Industrial Relations in Majalengka Plant
Qualifications :
- Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company
- Experiences working alongside business leaders to understand business objective and able to advise and drive people strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience in Food Manufacture will be preferred
- Strong people skills and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management system
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka
