Key Responsibilities:


• Strategy : Develop and execute annual Sales & Marketing plans aligned with hotel goals.


• Sales : Manage all market segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, OTA, Government), set targets, maintain key client relationships, and secure new business.


• Marketing : Oversee all advertising, PR, digital marketing, promotions, and brand communication to ensure consistent brand image.


• Revenue : Work closely with the Revenue Manager on pricing, forecasting, and yield strategies to optimize RevPAR and ADR.
