About the role

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk)' is seeking an experienced IT Admin to join our team on full time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Karawaci Banten office. What you'll be doing

  • Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software-related issues
  • Administering and maintaining computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Implementing and managing IT security measures to protect company data and systems
  • Assisting with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment and software
  • Documenting IT-related processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve any technical problems or bottlenecks
  • Providing end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of IT resources

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT administrative or support role
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with IT security best practices and data backup/recovery procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
