What you'll be doing

  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection of top talent, including job posting, screening, and interviewing
  • Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of personnel-related matters
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, training, and development programs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Supporting the implementation of HR technology and systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources or HR consulting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in the use of HR software and data analysis tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
