What you'll be doing
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection of top talent, including job posting, screening, and interviewing
- Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of personnel-related matters
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, training, and development programs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Supporting the implementation of HR technology and systems
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources or HR consulting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with HR best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in the use of HR software and data analysis tools
