How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the processing of project permits by liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for tracking permit status and communications.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, applicants, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Research, monitor, and interpret new regulations and policies related to permitting to keep the project team informed.
- Manage a high volume of permit applications with accuracy, attention to detail, and proper documentation.
- Identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies in permit applications through effective communication and negotiation.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining up-to-date and organized permit documentation.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Public Administration, Environmental Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in permit coordination, government liaison, or regulatory compliance within the oil & gas, construction, or energy industry.
- Strong understanding of government permitting processes and relevant local regulations.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government officials and project stakeholders.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.
