  • Manage and coordinate activities in a particular region or area

  • Capturing customer needs (voice of big partshop, retailer & workshop)

  • Fostering branch kaizen activities to provide value added services to customers

  • Analyze, evaluate, and report sales performance (revenue, gross profit, A&R), marketing program (internal & external), customer expansion.

  • Branch operational activity management (Monitor market potential per area, per branch and per product)

  • Receive customer complaints and take permanent corrective action on these complaints

  • Formulate efficient and optimal marketing and channeling strategies

  • Ensuring perfect SOP delivery.

  • Coordinate with other divisions related to audit (internal & external), marketing activities (i.e., gathering) and company events (i.e., Branch People Awards).
