About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT DWIMITRA EKATAMA MANDIRI'. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a casual position based in Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and safety protocols
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and efficiencies
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (7+ years) in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
