JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support production needs through effective manpower planning.
Handle employee discipline, welfare, and performance management.
Lead and develop the HR team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or footwear industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage a large workforce.
