JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support production needs through effective manpower planning.
- Handle employee discipline, welfare, and performance management.
- Lead and develop the HR team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage a large workforce.
