JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support production needs through effective manpower planning.
  • Handle employee discipline, welfare, and performance management.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a large workforce.
