REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or proven equivalent experience in professional kitchens.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in restaurants.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to assist in menu preparation, contribute new ideas, maintain food cost, and maintain consistency in taste & presentation.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple orders.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Customer-oriented with high attention to detail
- Supervises and guides junior staff, with responsibility for maintaining kitchen standards.
