Role Overview
The Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outlet expansion projects, central kitchen build-outs, and other cross-functional initiatives within PHG. You will manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This role is critical in scaling PHG efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of new outlet launches, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
Translate business goals into actionable project roadmaps and milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with operations, design, finance, marketing, and HR teams to align project deliverables.
Manage external vendors, contractors, landlords, and developers.
Financial & Risk Management
Track CAPEX budgets, invoices, and project costs to ensure financial discipline.
Identify risks, propose solutions, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Maintain clear documentation, reports, and checklists for all projects.
Process & Standards
Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks and tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and PHG brand standards.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience (hospitality, F&B, retail, or construction preferred).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.,

, or equivalent).
