The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure all orders from pickup, sorting, to delivery are processed according to SLA.
- Identify, analyze, and follow up on orders that are stuck, delayed, or at risk of failed delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, line-haul, courier, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports related to order performance (on-time delivery, backlog, return, RBD, etc.).
- Conduct root cause analysis on order tracking issues and provide improvement recommendations.
- Support process improvement initiatives in order management and logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
- 1-3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); SQL/BI tools knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes and operational KPIs (SLA, OTD, backlog).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts
