About the Role
At Seven Retail, we believe great products are built on a deep understanding of our customers. We're looking for a Researcher who can uncover what truly matters to our users — and translate those insights into actionable decisions. You'll shape research initiatives for our Education business (Sparks Education) end-to-end: from framing the right questions to guiding how we act on the answers.
Job Description- Design & lead research initiatives to uncover customer needs, motivations, and behaviors across our program and customer experiences
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Brand teams to inform roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and customer journey improvements
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Present findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making at both strategic and execution levels
- Develop and evolve research best practices and tools across the organization
- 5+ years of experience in research, insight, strategy, or related roles
- Strong understanding of user research methods and when to apply them
- Ability to distill complex findings into clear narratives and business actions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments
