Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bogor. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, identifying client needs, and providing appropriate banking solutions. Daily tasks include client meetings, account management, sales of banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Banking Product Knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly advantageous
