Responsibilities:

  • Verify data through the KYB (Know Your Business) process
  • Handle operational issues faced by merchants
  • Escalate technical or administrative issues to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Prepare periodic reports related to merchant onboarding status and activities
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and merchants regarding status updates and issue resolutions
  • Develop SOPs or work guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Merchant Operations, Partner Operations, or Onboarding
  • Familiar with operational tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of SLA tracking, documentation, and business approval workflows
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to coordinate across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a small team and dynamic environment
