Responsibilities:
- Verify data through the KYB (Know Your Business) process
- Handle operational issues faced by merchants
- Escalate technical or administrative issues to the relevant teams when necessary
- Prepare periodic reports related to merchant onboarding status and activities
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and merchants regarding status updates and issue resolutions
- Develop SOPs or work guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Merchant Operations, Partner Operations, or Onboarding
- Familiar with operational tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of SLA tracking, documentation, and business approval workflows
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to coordinate across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a small team and dynamic environment
