1. Bachelor's (S1) to Master's (S2) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering relevant to waste management.

2. 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5-7 years in senior managerial positions such as Operations Manager or Head of Plant. Experience in the waste management or chemical industry is preferred, including supervision of hazardous waste (B3) treatment facilities.

3. In-depth understanding of waste management manufacturing processes, including quality control, inventory management, and workflow optimization to minimize waste.

4. Ability to manage OPEX (operational expenses) and CAPEX (capital expenditures), including budgeting.

5. Overseeing operational departments (production, PPIC, quality control, maintenance, including those within the plants).

6. Risk management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks, such as B3 waste pollution, and implementing preventive programs for efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Developing operational plans aligned with company objectives, including production targets, efficiency, and quality. This includes identifying resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment for B3 waste processing.
  • Determining the company's strategic direction and making key decisions on operational processes, as well as providing improvement recommendations to the Managing Director, including environmental risk mitigation.
  • Promoting sustainability initiatives, such as reducing non-B3 waste and improving energy efficiency in manufacturing facilities.
  • Managing operational budgets, optimizing costs, and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance programs.
  • Establishing operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as production efficiency rates, downtime reduction, and supply chain optimization, while ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly/annual performance reviews to the board of directors and the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS), including operational SWOT analysis and improvement recommendations.
