Role Description

The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. This includes liaising with clients, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors, and supervising onsite event setups. The ideal candidate will ensure each event runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in closed to South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and adhere to timelines.
  • Experience in event design, production, and management, with a creative approach to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills to manage vendors and client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in telemarketing and lead generation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the event industry standards and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in the industry
