We are seeking a talented Marketing Communication specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team at KYZN For Life. As a full-time Marketing Communication professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement a brand communications strategy consistent with the corporate identity at the regional level.
- Create and manage a daily social media content plan for assigned regional accounts.
- Conduct daily posting and engagement management across various social media platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand narrative across all regional communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, bloggers, and key opinion leaders in the region.
- Write and distribute press releases on company activities, events, and achievements in the region.
- Coordinate media coverage for company events and activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, communities, and organizations in assigned cities.
- Negotiate and manage partnership contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate partnership activities and ensure agreed deliverables.
- Evaluate the ROI of various partnerships.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the regional level.
- Coordinate with the creative team for regional marketing material needs.
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis for strategic planning input.
- Manage the regional communications and marketing budget according to the assigned allocation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience in paid advertising campaigns, content management, and digital analytics.
- Skilled in using digital marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media management tools.
- Able to design and execute effective content planning strategies that align with the target audience.
- Experienced in KOL/influencer management, from mapping and communication to evaluating collaboration performance.
- Able to analyze digital campaign performance data for optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Active English skills (at least passive for global documentation).
- Accustomed to working in cross-functional teams and facing tight deadlines.
- Willing to be placed at Sentul City, Bogor.
