RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet company's strategy to manage end-to-end development (ENPD Stage & Gate) of each project from concept to launch.
  • Define idea for line extension, improvement, and cost effective of products.
  • Make prototype according to the idea of project, and collaborating with suppliers, purchasing, regulatory, and marketing.
  • Responsible to do benchmarking as per schedule and do reporting.
  • Ensure shelf life of product every time a reformulation is carried out and do reporting about it.
  • Ensure food safety of formula and other regulation related to packaging (eg: BPOM / LPPOM / MUI / FSSSC / ISO System, etc).
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor products, industry trends, and innovation gaps (can used Mintel).
  • Maintain accurate records of lab prototypes, trials, shelf life & benchmark data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • S1 bachelor's degree (S1) with relevant experience in food technology or food science major.
  • Fresh graduate welcome or having experience 1-3 years with background in Product Development, preferred from FMCG Company.
  • Good Knowledge in formulation, processing, Ingredients and characteristics of food products.
  • Understand about HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000, GMP, and food safety.
  • Understand about sensory evaluation and shelf-life study.
