Qualifications:

Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably majoring in Mandarin, Chinese Literature, or other relevant majors.
Active Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) – HSK level 4 or above preferred.
Minimum 2 year of work experience as a Mandarin translator in a manufacturing company (preferred).
Ability to understand technical terms in the manufacturing industry or a willingness to learn quickly.
Communicative, able to work under pressure, and possess a strong work ethic.
Willing to be placed in a factory area and interact directly with foreign workers, guests, or the production area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpreting
Serve as an interpreter during meetings, technical discussions, or work visits between local employees and expatriates/foreign workers from China.
Accompany foreign workers during supervision, training, or oversight in the production area and ensure effective communication.
Convey work instructions, technical directives, and company policies from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice versa) accurately.
Coordination and Communication
Serve as a liaison between foreign workers in Mandarin and local teams from various departments such as HR, Production, PPIC, Engineering, and QA/QC.
Support smooth operations by assisting with cross-departmental communication involving foreign workers.
