PT Wiratara Prima is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible General Affairs Staff to manage permits, coordinate with related institutions, and ensure compliance in building operations.

Responsible:

  • Handle permits related to building construction and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant institutions and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Understand and apply regulations related to building permits.
  • Take responsibility for the permit processes.
  • Review and draft agreements and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or equivalent (graduated with a diploma). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of legal and administrative processes, especially related to permits and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties.
