Responsibilities:

  • Train employees from various departments on process flows, data logic, and the application of system modules & menu functions related to SAP and MES systems. Collaborate with employees to conduct training for factory end-users.
  • Collect daily issues reported by users, collaborate with team members to provide solutions for each issue, and track the final implementation and submission of key data.
  • Communicate with IT, Finance, and other departments to address new business requirements or processes encountered in MES application; collaborate to confirm operational plans, organize standard operating procedure (SOP) flowcharts, and conduct simulation tests for system solutions provided by IT, summarizing test reports for submission to the IT department.
  • Liaise between Development and Business departments to collect information on product development, order management, and changes. Assist supervisors and Purchasing in running MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Collaborate with team members to analyze and review PRs (Purchase Requisitions) before submitting them to Purchasing for subsequent processing.

Personal Development Goals:

  • Continuously learn SAP and MES systems, aiming to support onsite operations with assistance within six months and independently within one year.
  • Through training, gradually master the methods and rhythm of analyzing system data for daily monitoring.
  • Take responsibility for training onsite users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proficiency with the specific enterprise software used by the company (e.g. SAP or a specific MES system).
  • 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in roles that blend business and technology
