Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Greater Surabaya. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and provide support to staff as needed. They will also oversee customer interactions to assist with inquiries and support an organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Knowledge of using and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
