The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can turn ideas into engaging content
. In this role,
you'll manage and grow social media channels not only for Mierakigai but also for multiple clients across industries
. You'll work closely with our creative and content teams to deliver campaigns that are relevant, consistent, and impactful tailored to each client's unique brand and audience.

Responsibilies

  • Manage multiple client social media accounts simultaneously, ensuring each strategy reflects the client's brand identity and goals.
  • Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), tailored to different industries and audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and apply them to keep content fresh, engaging, and competitive.
  • Build brand awareness and grow online communities for various clients through creative campaigns.
  • Monitor performance for each client, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned and on-brand.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis for each client to uncover opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media, preferably with agency experience handling multiple brands.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and how to adapt strategies for different audiences.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content that delivers measurable results.
  • Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing and social media innovation.
