Requirment :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision in hydropower projects.
Familiarity with hydropower plant structures and their construction sequence.
Proficient in operating survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Theodolite, and Automatic Level.
Skilled in conducting topographic survey, staking out, leveling, structural monitoring, and preparing survey reports.
Able to use data processing and drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or equivalent).
Good understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and ability to align survey results with design requirements.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Good communication and technical writing & reporting skills.
Willing to be assigned to remote project site.
