Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Strong Current Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, WWTP & Project Management.
- Understanding the stages of Project Management: study, design, budgeting, planning, tendering, and procurement.
- Advanced in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Job Description:
- Acted as the Person in Charge (PIC) within the Project Team, responsible for the technical design and procurement scope covering mechanical, electrical, utility, and WWTP systems for seven factories.
- Coordinated with the Project and Engineering teams from all seven factories, as well as vendors/contractors, to ensure alignment on technical requirements, concept and detailed design, project timeline, and budget.
- Worked closely with the Purchasing team and vendors/contractors throughout the tendering and procurement process, including negotiation and final selection.
- Monitored project execution and provided weekly reports to the Project Management Manager.
