Responsibility:
- Devise and lead Sales Capability & Sales Force Effectiveness strategy.
- Deliver engaging training & development for our salesforce.
- Collaborate across departments to improve competency through internal curriculum.
- Act as a change agent to enhance internal engagement and corporate branding.
- Conduct market research and implement best practices for performance improvement.
- Measure and report project and sales effectiveness to management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or any related major.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as Product Manager, Sales Task Force Training Manager, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical-device, and/or biotech company.
- Strong communication skill to all level of audience, from salesperson to Director.
- Passionate in knowledge-sharing and able to develop training materials and familiar with Learning Management System [LMS].
- A Team-Player person with good interpersonal skills across all level.
- Familiar with hospital and doctor visitation to mentor and coach sales forces.
- Confident in Public Speaking or Presentation.
