As Manufacturing Plant Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate across Business Centers to deliver value-added HR services to both management and employees. These services will support key business goals through initiatives such as talent management, HR program development, recruitment, behavioral and compliance frameworks, total rewards and performance management, as well as employee and industrial relations. Your role will also focus on ensuring efficient, cost-effective administrative operations and service delivery—while upholding the highest standards of employee experience and engagement.
What You'll Do
- You implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall human resources functions and process for manufacturing such as recruitment, remuneration, welfare & benefit, people development, talent management/succession plan, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, performance management including administration function.
- You will support and liaise with other functional / departmental head to understand all required HR strategies, actions and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievement to be accordance with company objective & target.
- You will act as the partner to the line management, looking for the solutions and improvements in the existing processes. To optimize communication flows inside the Manufacturing Team. To work with the line management to maximize workforce performance : increase productivities , eliminate waste , improve people' s moral.
- You will manage, implement, execute and promote an employee relationship throughout working with unions and employee committees, employee safety and health, all employee activities, and labor issues.
- You will implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall employee's training and development program to support the quality of personnel and meet the company's job competency.
- You will implement and manage a compensation and benefit for manufacturing associates, payroll process, payroll reporting and analysis, and payroll issues, maintaining employee records, completing and recording insurance and other benefits programs offered to employees and assisting employees in understanding and evaluating the participation in these programs.
What We're Looking For
- You have Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science or other related fields.
- You have 7 years or above solid HR experience of which minimum 3 years in managerial level
- You have strong background in HR related knowledge
