Responsibilities:
- Manage company documents and records
- Organize meeting schedules and company events
- Prepare letters and other official documents
- Input data into the company system
- Assist in handling phone calls and emails
- Coordinate document delivery and receipt
- Support other administrative processes as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6th–7th semester university student, any major
- Strong administrative skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
