AThe Core Objectives: 1. Handle Direct Ads, GMS Ads, and Enterprise Ads MEX across Food & Mart) at the brand level. 2. Create and manage opportunities (BA) and insertion orders (IOs) to initiate campaigns. 3. Ensure data accuracy across platforms (invoice reports, raw data, GSheets) and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams 4. Provide reporting to KAMs and managers (raw ad data, campaign performance, weekly and monthly reports) 5. Generate mid-cycle and end-of-campaign reports, highlighting key outcomes and recommendations 6. Conduct daily monitoring of live campaigns, filtering by end date or opportunity name to ensure timely tracking 7. Support MEX-facing (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews) by preparing and delivering performance data
Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Minimum of 1.5 years of working experience. 2. Strong administrative skills with experience in handling merchant business processes. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Excel & Spreadsheet is must). 4. Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment. 5. Ability to coordinate across teams for complaint handling, onboarding, and activation processes.
Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Experience in merchant ads business processes. 2. Able to understand English as additional point. 3. Previous experience in similar background/industry (Salesforce experience is a plus). 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Fresh graduates are welcome to applyce data
