Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Manager, located in Surabaya. The Operational Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring the hospitality throughout all departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing hospitality culture, ensuring high-level patient experience, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide top-quality patient care. The Operational Manager will also be responsible for non-medical supporting services such as house-keeping, building maintnance, kitchen, laundry, security and parking.
Qualifications
- Management skills including staff management, operational process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff.
- Financial management skills including budget management and financial planning.
- Ability to implement strategic planning and drive continuous improvement in hospital operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospital management, is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is beneficial.
