We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FAT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, accounting operations, and taxation at our cosmetic manufacturing facility in Cikarang.

This role is vital in ensuring financial transparency, statutory compliance, and effective cost management to support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in manufacturing finance, excellent leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with our Chinese management and head office teams. Candidates who are able to join immediately will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's overall financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Develop financial strategies and provide insights to improve business profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and corporate policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial books, including reconciliation and reporting to headquarters.
  • Monitor and control company expenses to align with budgetary and operational goals.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Supervise all accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions in the company's ERP/accounting system.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and internal controls to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and procurement departments for inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
  • Evaluate and streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle and oversee all tax-related matters, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 29, and VAT (PPN).
  • Ensure all tax payments and filings are made accurately and within regulatory deadlines.
  • Work closely with external tax consultants to maintain compliance and identify opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Prepare and review annual tax reconciliation and audit documentation.
  • Keep updated with Indonesian tax regulations and ensure all operations adhere to the latest compliance requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Procurement, Production, and General Affairs departments to ensure integrated financial support for operational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese management teams in Mandarin regarding financial reports, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (Professional certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax management, preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Law.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar accounting software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to support communication with Chinese management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cikarang and available to join immediately.
