Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, insertion orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal) to ensure timely campaign execution
- Support the Media Sales team with presentations, data entry, and sales reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated client databases and campaign performance records
- Track billing and collection status, and assist in resolving any administrative or payment issues
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
