Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, insertion orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal) to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Support the Media Sales team with presentations, data entry, and sales reporting
  • Maintain accurate and updated client databases and campaign performance records
  • Track billing and collection status, and assist in resolving any administrative or payment issues
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
