Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is for a Junior-Middle Implementator/Analyst. The Implementator/Analyst will be responsible for daily tasks such as implementing IT solutions, analyzing system requirements, and supporting end-users. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring that systems are efficiently integrated and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases.
  • Create detailed technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD).
  • Ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
  • Coordinating system testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance with established requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system implementation.
  • Conducting periodic evaluations of existing systems and providing recommendations for improvement or enhancement.

Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years as a System Analyst with advanced SQL expertise. Experience in the HRIS field is a plus.
  • Hard Skills:
  • Strong SQL (advance query, indexing, data modeling).
  • Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
  • Software Testing deep on technical (backend).
  • Knowledge of SDLC and system design tools (UML, ERD).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
