Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Act as a leader within the Procurement organization, fostering a positive attitude and inspiring the team through commitment, passion, and integrity.
- Develop the team's technical and non-technical skill sets professionally; listen to aspirations and provide growth opportunities through structured development plans.
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the direct supervisor.
Strategic Procurement Management
- Lead the procurement strategy for the assigned commodities including IT, corporate & professional services commodities, aligning with the related department's roadmap and business objectives.
- Manage the Procurement team in executing end-to-end sourcing activities including tendering, evaluation, vendor selection, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain team commitment to delivering optimized procurement solutions and sustainable savings for the company.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Control and monitor procurement operations to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities that enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in third-party engagements.
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis of expenses against allocated budgets for both BAU and project-based purchases.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Oversee third-party agreements and maintain a competitive and high-performing vendor base.
- Identify new potential suppliers, consolidate contracts for better commercial outcomes, and develop long-term vendor relationships
- Ensure the quality of goods and services meet established standards and business requrements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership - Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and share procurement expertise across the team.
- Partner with business owners to review cost allocations and identify savings opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional and regional teams to support business needs and strategic goals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrable competencies on negotiations, procurement strategies, vendor management, contract review, and commodity optimization
- Have a good leadership skill with the ability to think strategically but manage a team to execute operationally
- Strong stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills
- Proficiency in Data management & data analytic tools
- Fluency in both verbal and written English Language. As well as Bahasa Indonesia
Experience:
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience. preferably from banking and financial institution (preferred) or related multi-national sector in professional services
- Experience in managing C-level and or senior stakeholders
Knowledge:
- Microsoft office application
- Able to work with minimum supervision and Leadership
- Able to work with multiple tasking, proactive and initiative
- Mature, positive attitude and self confident
- Good presentation skills
