Requirements:

Expatriate Management

  • Coordinate international assignments, relocations, and repatriations for expatriates.
  • Advise clients and employees on visa, immigration, and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with formalities officer, HR, legal advisors, and relocation vendors.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to international labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and update expatriate policies and service frameworks.
  • Monitor changes in global mobility regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly.

Client & Employee Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates throughout their assignment lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on cultural integration, and local services.
  • Resolve issues related to benefits, compensation, and logistics.

Strategic Consulting

  • Assess and mitigate risks and provide strategic recommendations to management
  • Understand the formalities process and liaise with the formalities team regarding foreign employees.
  • Provide recommendation of possible client delivery improvements to ensure deliver high standard of customer service.
  • Responsible for collecting, managing and analysing Direct Employee databases, work contracts, Timesheets and all operational data within the scope of the department.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in global mobility, consulting firms, or expatriate services.
  • Prior experience managing international assignments or relocation programs.
  • Ideally from a services background in the resources Industry and familiar with technical area of Applus (Technical Consultancy, Technical Staffing, Formalities).
