Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Asset Management, or Facility Management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting and understanding of computer networks(LAN/WiFi, IP address, router, switch, basic firewall).
- Familiar with digital learning platforms (such as Google Classroom, LMS, or similar applications).
- Ability to assess IT needs and provide training to end-users.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in asset management.
- Good communication skills to effectively support teachers/staff.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to work mobile (moving between rooms/locations as needed).
- Maintain and update the office assets (equipment, furniture, electronic devices, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports on asset usage and condition.
- Support operational logistics needs, including rooms, event equipment, and other facility requirements.
- Provide daily technical support to teachers and staff for computers, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WiFi, IP addresses, routers, switches, basic firewalls).
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex IT repairs, installations, or procurement.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of new IT devices.
- Support the use of digital learning platforms (such as Google Classroom, LMS, or other educational applications).
- Identify IT needs within the school/office and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and maintain administrative records related to IT and asset management.
- Provide regular reports to management on IT issues, asset status, and facility needs.
