Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Cook located in Bogor. The Assistant Cook will assist chef in the preparation and cooking of meals. Daily responsibilities include prepping ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following recipes and safety standards, and ensuring food quality and presentation. The Assistant Cook will also help in monitoring inventory and maintaining proper storage of supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen maintenance
- Ability to follow recipes, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Willingness to learn and support in all kitchen operations
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks
