Job Description:

  • Make regular sales calls/visit to create and acquire potential customer Joyday tub 8lt with special channel target in Horeca and agent/hawkers.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target volume of penetration Joyday tub 8lt.
  • Leading sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and key customers.
  • Managing and implementing business relationship with all stakeholder (distributor, BDM, customers) such as forecasting PO, schedule delivering product and monitoring deployment hawker facilities).
  • Track daily sales, stock movement, and sell out performance.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and competitor activities.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university, with GPA min. 3.50.
  • Technical Competency: Strong in Sales, Leadership, Communication.
  • Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
  • Experience: maximum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome .
  • High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
  • Eager to learn and a fast learner.
  • Have driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is preferred.
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
  • Placement: 1 Sidoarjo (East Java), 1 Semarang (Central Java).
