About the role
We are seeking a Quality Control Furniture professional to join our team at Good Wood Home in Jepara Regency, Central Java. As a full-time Quality Control Furniture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our outdoors furniture products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for high-quality, custom-made furniture.
What you'll be doing
- Inspect incoming raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished furniture products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards
- Identify and address any quality issues, work with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process
- Document and maintain detailed quality control records and reports
- Provide feedback and recommendations to production teams to continuously improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement quality improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, processes, and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with production teams
