Detail Pekerjaan
  • Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar based on established content pillars.
  • Collaborate with cross-team to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Ensure all uploaded content adheres to the editorial plan and brand guidelines.
  • Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts materials.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing new content ideas that resonate with our audience.
  • Support to coordinate with talents and influencers management for content production.
  • Support and prepare production itineraries, schedules, and logistics.
Persyaratan Keahlian
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Experience in creating editorial calendars and content strategies.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Experience in culinary arts or food preparation, an artistic eye for detail, and knowledge of cooking.

  • S1 or D3 - Focus Major on food and beverages.
