Detail Pekerjaan- Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar based on established content pillars.
- Collaborate with cross-team to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Ensure all uploaded content adheres to the editorial plan and brand guidelines.
- Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts materials.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing new content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Support to coordinate with talents and influencers management for content production.
- Support and prepare production itineraries, schedules, and logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Experience in creating editorial calendars and content strategies.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Experience in culinary arts or food preparation, an artistic eye for detail, and knowledge of cooking.
