Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Management: Develop, organize, and oversee creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Script & Storytelling: Write and structure compelling scripts and storylines that highlight our brand's values and resonate with our target audience.
- Ad Analysis: Review ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement, etc.) to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Optimization: Provide insights to improve video creatives, hooks, and CTAs, ensuring content drives conversions.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Skilled in social media analytics tools e.g. (Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics, etc.)
- Skilled in Video Editing (CapCut, Clipchamp, etc.)
- Skilled in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Skilled in Copywriting, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good understanding of trends in fashion, social media, and culture.
