Job Description – Warehouse Leader

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping).
Ensure accuracy of stock management, including inbound and outbound processes.
Monitor and maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth distribution.
Conduct regular stock-taking, inventory audits, and reporting.
Identify and solve operational issues to improve warehouse performance.

Qualifications – Warehouse Leader

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and distribution.
Able to operate warehouse software (ERP/WMS) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to be placed at the warehouse location and work in a dynamic environment.
