Job Description:
- Handle resource requests of various positions and multiple projects.
- Post job vacancy (job portal, link, social media, etc).
- Screening suitable CVs.
- Doing an offline or online interview.
- Salary calculation and negotiation.
- Perform administration.
- Performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Preferably has experience in hiring within the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum experience of 2 years as a Recruiter.
- Able to speak and write in
English and Mandarin
. - Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Good personality, communication skills, initiative, thorough, and adaptive.
- Able to work as a team and individual, under high pressure and a tight schedule.
- Willing to work overtime (if necessary).
- Willing to take a business trip out of town (if necessary).
